Erin Kearney-Conrad, PA

Ms. Kearney-Conrad manages the Teen Health Center, Inc.'s clinics at Austin Middle School and Collegiate Academy at Weis in Galveston. She earned a BA in Communication from St. Edwards University and a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Kearney-Conrad has worked for Teen Health since 2008.  

Keiva Rogers, MA

Ms. Rogers is a mental health case manager for Causeway Galveston campuses. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from University of Houston – Clear Lake and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas – Arlington. Ms. Rogers has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2018.  

Beth Auslander, PhD

Dr. Auslander is the mental health director for the Teen Health Center, Inc., overseeing all aspects of our mental health program.  She received her bachelor’s degree from Samford University and her PhD in clinical psychology from Florida State University.  Dr. Auslander completed an internship at Baylor College of Medicine and a Leadership and Education in Adolescent Health fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine.  She is a licensed psychologist and licensed specialist in school psychology and provides direct patient care using evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches.  Dr. Auslander also is an associate professor in Pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where she conducts research aimed at promoting child and adolescent health through school-based settings.  She has worked at the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2002. 

Vikki Bettancourt

Ms. Hines is a mental health intake coordinator at the Ball High School clinic.  Ms. Hines has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2018.

Angie Brown, MS

Ms. Brown is the executive director of the Teen Health Center, Inc. with responsibility for all agency functions including staff, programs, funding and financial management. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree from the University of Florida. Ms. Brown has experience with numerous nonprofit organizations, including the Center for Hearing and Speech in Houston; the National Marrow Donor Program (Be The Match) in Minneapolis; and the National Trust for Historic Preservation in Washington, DC. She was a founding board member of the Galveston Children's Museum, served on the boards of directors for the Galveston Historical Foundation and the Galveston Arts Center, was president of the Oppe Elementary School PTO, and is a past president of the Junior League of Galveston County, Inc. Ms. Brown has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2016. 

Richard Rupp, MD

Dr. Rupp is the medical director for the Teen Health Center, Inc., supervising the medical providers at the organization's five school-based clinics. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas and his Adolescent Medicine fellowship at William Beaumont Medical Center, in El Paso. Dr. Rupp is board-certified in pediatrics and adolescent medicine. He is also professor and chief of the division of Adolescent and Behavioral Health at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Rupp has worked with the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2000.

Timesha Edwards, PA

Ms. Edwards manages the Teen Health Center, Inc.'s clinic at Central Middle School in Galveston. She earned a BS in Biology/Chemistry from Philander Smith College and a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Edwards has worked for Teen Health since 2017.  

Renita Walker

Ms. Walker is a health aide at the Teen Health Center, Inc.'s clinic at Austin Middle School and Collegiate Academy at Weis in Galveston. She has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2010.

Heather Dupree, LMSW

Ms. Dupree is a mental health therapist who sees patients at Ball High School in Galveston. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree at the University of Houston Clear Lake and a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Houston. Ms. Dupree has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2018. 

Hira Hussain, LPC-Intern

Ms. Hussain is a mental health therapist who sees patients at Austin Middle School and Ball High School in Galveston. She earned Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Government from Houston Baptist University and a Master's of Clinical Psychology at the University of Houston Clear Lake. Ms. Hussain has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2019.

Sonia Johnican

Ms. Johnican is a health aide at the Ball High School clinic. She received a certification as a medical assistant from Remington College and a certification in medical billing and coding from the Ultimate Medical Academy. Ms. Johnican has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2015.

Laura DiPette, LMFT, LPC

Ms. DiPette is a mental health therapist who sees patients at Ball High School in Galveston. She earned a Master’s degree in Family Therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Ms. DiPette has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2011.

Becca Wallace, LCSW-S

Ms. Wallace is a mental health therapist who sees patients at Central Middle School in Galveston during the school year and at Ball High School in the summer. She earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Ms. Wallace has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2017.  

Lauressa Uribe

Ms. Uribe is a health aide at the Central Middle School Teen Health Center, Inc. clinic.  She trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at College of the Mainland in Texas City and began working at the Teen Health Center, Inc. in 2006 and was our 2018 Employee of the Year.

Janet Zaborowski, LPC, LCDC

Ms. Zaborowski is a mental health therapist who sees patients at the AIM College & Career Prep and the District Alternative Education Program (DAEP) in Galveston. She earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Ms. Zaborowski has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2016.

Elizabeth Ginn, PA

Ms. Ginn manages the Teen Health Center, Inc. clinic in Texas City. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 1985 from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Allied Health Science. Ms. Ginn is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2001 and was our 2016 Employee of the Year.

Brenna Monaghan, LPC-Intern

Ms. Monaghan is a mental health therapist who sees patients at Ball High School in Galveston. She also serves as an Integrated Mental Health Provider, helping to coordinate care between the Teen Health Center, Inc. and partnering agencies (Galveston Independent School District, University of Texas Medical Branch, and Family Service Center of Galveston County). Ms. Monaghan earned a Bachelor in Journalism from Texas A&M University and a Master of Counseling from University of Houston-Clear Lake. She has worked for the Teen Health Center, Inc. since 2017.

Ms. Lara is a mental health therapist who sees patients at Collegiate Academy during the school year and at Ball High School in the summer. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New York University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
